When I first started playing out I only played my own
music, I was your "I only play my own music" music snob
and wouldn't dare play covers except at church. Then one day I was
forced to play cover gigs to pay the bills. An amazing thing happen,
I learned more about song writing playing covers than anything I read
or studied about songwriting. So I encourage you to learn to play
lots of covers. You will be studying from the greatest songwriters
in history and in addition to that you'll be popular at parties...most
parties. So with that plug I give you my chord sheets which I might
add are pretty simple since I seldom wonder from your I-IV-V chord
progression...just kidding but not a whole lot.
Each
month I will be providing a chord sheet of a
songs off one of my albums. This song will be published in my newsletter
that also includes CD giveaways and other important information like,
is a hyena a dog or is he something else? Anyway's we are starting
off with three fan favorites. Click the song to get the chord sheet.

That way you can pick up the different licks on the song even though
I never can play a song exactly the same twice. If you come up with
a cooler lick than I did email me and let me know what it is. Also if
there is a song you want to know the chords let
me know and I'll do that one for the next month. If anyone knows
of a good "tab"
